Refund and Cancellation Policy

This is Great Limited ("we", "us", "our") provides a range of digital solutions and professional services. We value our relationship with every client and endeavor to ensure transparency and satisfaction regarding cancellations and refunds.

1. General Policy Statement
This policy applies to all services and digital products provided through www.dxgreat.com, including consulting, project-based services, custom website development, mobile application development, and any digital goods delivered under client contracts.

2. Cancellation by the Client

  • Before Work Begins:

    • Clients may cancel an engagement by notifying us in writing at support@dxgreat.com before any work has commenced. A full refund of any deposit paid (after deduction of transaction processing fees, if any) will be issued within 7 business days.

  • After Work Has Commenced:

    • If cancellation occurs after project work has commenced, clients will be billed for all work completed up to the point of cancellation, including preparatory work, planning, design mockups, development progress, and resources committed. Any remaining deposit after deducting these costs will be refunded. No further claims for compensation will be entertained.

  • After Delivery:

    • Once final deliverables (websites, mobile apps, digital products, project reports, etc.) have been issued and approved, no refunds will be provided. We encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure satisfaction prior to delivery.

3. Website and Mobile Application Development Services

  • Development Process: Our website and app development follows a structured approach including planning, design, development, testing, and launch phases. Each phase requires client approval before proceeding to the next.

  • Cancellation During Development:

    • If a website or app project is cancelled during the design phase, clients pay for all design work completed, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.

    • If cancelled during development, clients pay for all completed development work, including front-end coding, back-end development, database setup, and any third-party integrations completed.

    • If cancelled during testing phase, clients pay for the full development cost as the product is essentially complete.

  • Post-Launch Support:

    • We provide 30 days of complimentary bug fixes and minor adjustments after launch for websites and mobile apps.

    • Major feature changes or enhancements requested after launch are considered new projects and subject to separate pricing.

  • Domain and Hosting:

    • Clients are responsible for their own domain registration and hosting costs.

    • We can assist with setup but any ongoing costs are the client's responsibility.

    • If we manage hosting on behalf of the client, separate hosting agreements apply.

4. Non-Refundable Deposits and Milestone Payments

  • Website and app development projects require a non-refundable deposit (typically 30-50% of project value) to secure resources and begin work. The specific deposit and payment schedule will be defined in your project proposal or contract.

  • Milestone payments, once an agreed-upon phase of the work is completed (design approval, development completion, testing completion), are non-refundable.

5. Refunds for Digital Products and Templates

  • Due to the inherent nature of digital products (website templates, app templates, code libraries, etc.), refunds are not available once digital goods have been accessed, downloaded, or delivered to the client.

  • Exceptions: We may consider a refund or replacement in the following cases:

    • The product is proven to be defective, inaccessible, or not as described.

    • A duplicate order/purchase has been placed in error.

    • Technical incompatibility issues that cannot be resolved.

    • Exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

  • All refund requests must be made in writing to support@dxgreat.com within 7 days of purchase. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Service Interruptions, Delays, and Cancellation by This is Great Limited

  • We retain the right to cancel or suspend any project or service due to force majeure, client non-compliance, non-payment, or inability to obtain required information from the client.

  • For website and app projects, delays caused by client failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals within agreed timeframes may result in project timeline extensions and potential additional costs.

  • In such cases, the client will be notified promptly. We will either refund any unused portion of payments (after deducting for work already performed) or offer a credit for future services, depending on the circumstances.

7. Process for Refunds and Cancellations

  • All requests for refunds and cancellations must be sent to support@dxgreat.com, including your name, contact details, project reference, and applicable receipts or documents.

  • Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

8. Policy Updates

  • This policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with immediate effect and a new "Last Updated" date.
