Approach
- Rooted in medical science, Nutribox App was anchored in globally accepted baby growth charts.
- Mothers could track their babies’ growth, entering their weight and height periodically. The app calculated the information given by mothers and whether each baby’s pattern of growth was healthy, consistent and within the normal range for their age.
- If not, the app assisted mothers to contact Nutribox doctors to receive medical counselling in-app.
Outcome
- Nutribox was downloaded over 10,000 times per month by 80,000 users in total.
- The application enabled a staggering amount of sales, over 1,000,000 TL, due to mothers’ easy access to the nutritious Danone selection.
- The brand established a robust online presence for both support and sales through Nutribox.
